Though clinical work is my primary focus - I also offer consultation to other clinicians, and psycho-educational presentations to community organizations on a variety of mental health topics. Mental health topics for outreach include trauma-informed care, self-care practices, emotion regulation strategies and coping skills, stress management, and mindfulness.
